Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use babaroll.living and the services Babaroll Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Babaroll Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. To stop contact, email contact@babaroll.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Babaroll Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Babaroll Tree Service is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
