We want every homeowner who reaches Babaroll Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be dropped. Keep in mind that Babaroll Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@babaroll.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
